- X Don't initiate calls to ICE or respond to detainer requests
- X Don't use our resources (space, time, labor) for ICE use
- X Don't hold people past their release date without cause
Per ICE.gov: "Immigration detainers are only requests. They don’t impose any obligations on law enforcement agencies." So just STOP !

Upper Bern wants letters to show that they have the whole county behind them in stopping the warehouse from ever opening for ICE detentions. Support their demands for transparency from Rep. Meuser, DHS, and the Governor's Office.
